On occasion it is possible to kill geese with 20ga, but may result in wounding birds that may never be retrieved.
For geese: 10ga or 12ga double bb
For Ducks: 12ga #4
For Teal: 12ga #6
Remember lead shot is not allowed in the field when hunting water fowl. Make sure you don't have any lead shot in your hunting gear that you take to the field. |
